Thursday Exercise
Since Kellee is slacking again, I will take over for today.
I had to take it kinda easy today, cuz yesterday my trainer about killed me - and I did 60 minutes of pilates. OUCH!!!
So today I got in my walking and worked out with jillian micheals and her 30 day shred program - 20 minutes of cardio, strength and abs.
Come on everyone - how did YOU move to lose today?
I'm a slacker too.. I worked from 7 - 5 and went home and did nada.. I didn't even wrap my ebay stuff that needs mailed.. I MUST do that when I get home today.
Altho I did unload my dishwasher.. pay my cable bill that was past due.. fed the cats.. hung up some winter coats that I hauled out of my car (trying to clean it out, one coat at a time).. watched Survivior.. played online a little.. went to bed.
