I'm giving it away...

***** that is. Or should I ******* Seven of them. It would have been just my luck for a neighborhood stray cat to find its way into my garage (through a tiny vent!) and decide to have her litter here but I must be doubly lucky because, not one, but TWO black cats did just that so there's a total of seven adorable little kittens that will be needing homes just as soon as they're old enough to be away from mama. Geesh. I don't understand why people would have outdoor cats and not spay them. To make matters worse, one of the moms abandoned one of the the kitties - she moved the others and left the poor little runt. We've been bottle-feeding her and I had to take her to the vet because she has an eye infection (common among newborn kittens, I just learned), but at least by doing so, I found out we're doing things right and she's otherwise pretty healthy -- even if it did cost me a pretty penny to find out. The only thing is I'm getting so attached (even though it's the most miserable looking little creature -- one of those "it's so ugly it's cute" things I guess) -- but I can't keep her. My living arrangements don't allow it. Anyway, any of you Cali folks want a kitten?

omg this cracked me up....you are so very funny!!! but am sure you are doing a great job as mama of the kittens....i really love cats but just can't do with the shedding and clean up I do hope you find some good homes..... good to have you check in....i miss your posts!!!
