wednesday exercise
apparently patti has some killer exercise news she wants to share
sorry for the delay...
I had to do my exercise in 2 parts yesterday as my body was rebelling against EVERY move I made.
1st attempt: ran like 1 mile outside.
it didnt take. & I was not into it & felt weird in what I was wearing (shorts) & felt all jiggly....so I just went home.
got home. pissed at myself for stopping.
2nd attempt. went to gym.
5 min elliptical warm up
15 min run
5 min cool down.
not what I wanted to do, but at least I redeemed myself somewhat. it made me feel better at least.

everyone else, chime in! we've got dogs to walk, disc golf to play, gardening to do, babies to take outside, etc etc...spring is here! I think.....
ok, now i'm exhausted. being pollyanna is tiring to me.
I've tried to cut back on eating badly.. or I SHOULD say.. I've decided to eat more healthier and delicious foods.. and I'm doing pretty good.. ie: carrots.. protein.. hummus.. Except yesterday Kim brought in yeast rolls.. and I held out until the end of the day and ate one.
felt bad for eating it.. went to Good Will and shopped all evening..
came home and ate about 2 tablespoons of crunch PB..
weighed in monday at 172
this morining 170.8
came to work to find Maria's Aunt visiting me
also came to work to find a box of Buskin donuts and I ate about 3/4ths of one..
okay.. I know this is an EXERCISE POST.. but .. I just wanted to share EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE...

I Never post anymore but felt like I should be accountible for my success. So here I am.
Each day (while I am off still) consists of cleaning, laundry, changing diapers, baths, chasing Mallory.. vaccuuming, dishes.. etc.. And it does add up according to fit day.
TODAY: I did walk with Maddie .. we went a mile. OTher than that, the normal cleaning.
Weight changes:
180 pre pregnancy
205 deliver day
182 first day home from having Maddie.
180 first week post op
177 today
