sat, sun & mon exercise

**saturday--ran/walked I dont know how long....I had the dogs with me including my sisters dog who I am dogsitting & she's little & I dont know if they have more energy to burn or tire easily so I didnt press too much...prob = about 30 min. **sunday. none. **Monday (today...der...wait...yeah..today). ran/walked 5k at a local park. parts are flooded. I have soggy feet now. ewww. I think I'm going to walk bruno on the boardwalk by lake michigan tonight....maybe...if he's good. *leers at bruno*

sat: did 30 min on treadmill (hill program) and swam for 30 min sun: did 35 min on treadmill and circuit training. today: I have my first appointment with my personal trainer tonight, so we will see how bad he kills me! Thanks for keeping me on track...

you amaze me!!! and you are doing the dancing machine on ebay too....wow....you go girl...how did the trainer go????

Don't be amazed. I have gained SO much weight that I need to get on top of it now, or I am going to be right back where I was! The trainer was cute, but married . I did find out that I went to school with his brother (who is NOT married ) Oh - you mean the training?? Well, we did not do much today, just talked about my goals and eating/excerise patterns. He also set me up with the body bug (the food and excerise tracker you saw on the contestants arms during biggest loser.) So now I will be really accountable! I will let you know on wednesday how our first real workout session went.

i am sure you have not gained much...i gained over 20 pounds in one year...UGH.....would love to know more about that body bug and your workouts....is it pretty costly too? we have trainers at work too.....ugh.... maybe you will hook up with your long lost friend from hs that is NOT married

I have gained 25 in about 3 months! I knew I would gain some, but that is ridiculous! The trainer is not cheap, but when I think about how much I have spent over the years. Not just on the surgery, but on pills, powders and every gadget that came out promising to help you lose wieght I pay $45.00 a month to use the gym and all the equipment/pool. And then I pay $75 more a week and that is for 3 sessions a week with the personal trainer (45 minutes long) and the body bug plus the website. it is worth it though because it really keeps me accountable to my food and excersize. I have gone over my calories burned today and a bit under my food intake. BUT the night is still early and this is my HARDEST part of the day not to munch on food. BTW - I sent out your package today and put a little extra surprize in the box for you. Be sure to look at the box it is packaged in too - I found a PERFECT one for you.

You are getting a great deal with your trainer...we have one at work and I was paying $35 per week for 30 minutes each time....she was great but I stopped doing it after one year.....I learned TONS from her and the accountability was great!!!! My hardest time of eating is at night and sometimes I over snack at work SUCKS big time!!!! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!!

I got your message the other night.. and AWESOME find.. hope they do well. I discovered on Saturday after researching that my great find .. (louis vuitton.. was a knockoff) luckily I took it back and they gave me store credit.. but I was hoping to get rich quick guess I'll have to keep peddling my wares the hard way... altho a friend of mine Kim did find two pair of men's shoes that are an awesome find today (I taught her well). Look her up Bogartbargains .. she should do well with them (I would guess over a $100 each). Except if I were her, I would have started the Peluso shoes much higher. They are not as *well known* and only one buyer might see them that they fit.. and the price may not bid higher..
