News from my latest Dr's appointment

I went to the doctor today, had my second Non Stress Test to check on Felicity's movement. It went fairly well but it did show I had two contractions in a 37 min time span. Then I saw my doctor and he told me that there was protein in my urine...enough that I have to do another test to check on my kidney functions. The results of this test determine what will happen next - they could admit me to the hospital for treatment and monitoring, or they could deliver Felicity early to relieve the stress on my kidney's, or I could just continue the pregnancy with increased monitoring. I am going to try and push the fluids in the hopes that it is just dehydration and not something more seriously. I am a little scared that there may be something seriously wrong. All good thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

You are totally counted in my prayers and best wishes (btw, I need to start the weekly prayer list again...been so busy it is out of control).....when will you know the results??? Think positive my friend we are here for you and Felicity is just so excited to meet her awesome mommy!!!

Lisa when I was pregnant with Nasir I had protien in my urine too.. I think I was near 30ish weeks. I increased water, got lots of bed rest elevate feet too. Nasir is very healthy today... Its good to catch this early and take it very seriously before it turns into Toximia or I forget the other one... Take care and dont stress just do what your suppose too.. Debby
