Got a medal today

Yes that's right I got a medal and so did Katrina; we both participated in the AHA mini heartmarathon in Cincinnati. We started out small by doing the 5k walk but hey it is a start. I think we are going to try to do more. I see that Cincy has a small Tri coming up in a few months... I wonder if I could get myself ready for that??

Way to go, guys! If you have the desire and your doctor says it is fine, then go for that Triathalon dream!
