wednesday exercise

5 min warm up ran/walked 5k (43 min) 5 min cool down. about to do some stretching. how were you active today?

you are doing amazing my friend...so proud of you!!! I did not do much....but carried some heavy ass box up to our office since our huge receiving office took forever to do their job...ugh...and I was VERY VERY breathy...ugh I hated that part.....unless I am with Natie Poo

I think its really cool that you are so committed to an exercise program, you set a really good example for all of us here. I hope to join a gym and start working out after Felicity is born, I just need to find a place that has daycare.
