I know. I'm pretty consistent right now. 5k takes me 45 min. 2 min cool down.

Does blowing my nose, sneezing, coughing till I almost and/or wet myself count as exercise??? If so I have had one HELL of a workout since day before yesterday!! I am such a WUSS when I am sick!! Waaaaaaaaah! Okay, pitty party over...now back to your regularly scheduled postings
