A) Check with the airline, some do not allow it, especially during certain times of the year. (Winter and Summer) Due to the drastic temperature changes. B) It's extremely expensive c) Often you will have to take your dog there early drop them off they will be loaded separetly below the plane, and then you have to go to a special area to pick them up. 4) I have also heard that a lot of people with get doggy dramamine and give it to their dog prior to getting on the plane...relax them. %) Read up on it...I have heard some horror stories about it.

I too have heard some bad stories. You can't take Bruno on the plane with you? Even if you pay for a ticket? I've never done so I don't know. Heck send him out here and he can keep the girls company. They'd love to have a big strong man in the family. Hope ya find out more specifics and everything goes well. Hugs, Sparky

Tom, Do you notice the life of them doesn't last as long as it should? At least it seems that way to me. The Vicondin only lasts for about 2-3 hours whereas they say it should last 4-6. Does it seem that way to you? I wonder if it's because of the RNY? Yes I bet your knee is a lot more painfull! I had my ACL replaced and I really snivelled! Hang in there casue it's worth it! Bob

Good point there Bob! I have noticed that after 2 to 3 hrs. ... I need another dose... Infact my gf has my alarm set for every 3 hours ... LOL! Yeah... I think its true that the RNY has something to do with it... I am going to pass that on to my doctors. Tom
