Surgery

Well getting old sucks! I am off for hernia surgery this morning. It just irritates the crap outta me too. This is suposed to be the nicest weekend we've had in a long time and I'll be laid up being bored outta my mind! I am gonna have to figure out ways to irritate Deb to keep myself entertained. That should be too hard.

I will enjoy them thank you very much. But I have so much to do and it's gonna be such a nice weekend. Dang it!

dang it. (she says without truly feeling it, as it is only supposed to be 12 degrees here this weekend.... )

good luck and as Kellee said, enjoy the drugs. Oh and be kind to Debby and don't give her too much crap. You know it isn't always easy taking care of some of us after surgery.

Especially Sparky... Last time he had surgery he called my cell phone every 5 minutes.. YES EVERY FIVE MINUTES... AND I WAS IN THE OTHER ROOM!!!!! I finally had to tell him I was gonna shove that phone somewhere that he wont enjoy to much if it didnt stop.... Men are such babies....

As you can tell by the post below yours I am not gonna get away with much. She is the true "nurse ratchet". I am looking forward to the home made chicken noodle soup. Man it is killer! She'll survive me I promise. She will have to get her own coffee for a day or two though.
