After work...Husband working...it's my birthday...have nothing else to do...exercising in the gym here at work lol
Probably 30 min. on treadmill
another 20 min. on bike
20-30 min. of trying to get rid of these bat-wings and do some other toning exercises with weights
So far all I've done is go to the kitchen and back.
I had plans to go to a mall and walk around with the baby... but my re-curring insomnia kept me up until 3:30 last night... so I am a bit worn (again).
