Tuesday exercise

I would love to start an exercise post. I've seen it on other forums. & would like to start one here as well. It will help keep me accountable. I would also love it if others would post what they did for exercise too *blink blink* sound good? good.

so I did 50 min treadmill with 2 min intervals of running about every 8 min 15 min leg & ab strength training. what I learned today: *I STILL need an ipod (I accept donations) *I like to be in synch with the person running or walking next to me. *the muscle on the top of my thigh(????) is weak....but not for long

Tuesday exercise for me: chased Mallory.. (I cant run these days) but it gets my heart rate up all the same. lifted Mallory (25 pounds)... carried a load of laundry downstairs. carried clean laundry upstairs. I was having contractions last night so I focused more on sitting still and drinking water...

D....how many times do we have to talk about this.... listen carefully. do not tell me when you get lucky. *shakes head* p.s. no they dont. hit the treadmill.

I did 30 min of cardio and 30 min of strength training!!

The only exercise I have gotten today is the brief trip from one location to the next [i.e. house to car, car to doctor's office] I so need to make an effort to exercise. Maybe I will get inspired by all of you.

Ipods are cool. Today... I.... uh..... (thinking) Crap. I.... (sh*t).... I got up off the couch several times (to get food). Crap.
