Join the club sweetie! I started walking today...logged 4 miles over my lunch break. Tomorrow weight training and toning
Started going back to NO LESS then 100oz. of water a day...I have drank 64oz so far
It's a tool...we have all been told that...yes, we CAN gain this weight back..BUT we can also reign it in, get back on track, and USE this tool to HELP us shed that weight we put back on pretty darn easily if ya ask me, just by doing what we did when we FIRST had this surgery done.
I'm resolving to lose this last 50lbs. by my first wedding anniversary 5/19
