Yeah it would be helpful lol IF I could remember to keep one I can't even remember to put my bra on everyday...well, okay I don't really forget to wear a bra cause if I didn't I'd look like a cow that needed to be milked schleppin' and swingin' around and if I ran I would black both my eyes... but you know what I mean...I just can't remember to do that lol

When in weigh****chers.. journaling was HUGE! the phrase: "IF YOU BITE IT, WRITE IT" came to mind. So true.. you take one bite of something while making dinner, it still contains calories, etc.
