I AM SAD
I woke up and there is FOUR FREAKIN inches of snow outside! I just can't beleive it! I got stuff to do! I am tired of being cold and tired of shoveling snow and tired of not being able to ride my new motorcycle!!!!!!
But, if I look at the possitive side............I get to cuddle with "you know who" all day long and drink coffee and talk about all the weird people in our lives!
Oh and our middle tax exemption got through MEPS (Army inprocessing) and got the job he wanted (heavy equiptment operator) and he got jump school! Amir is one happy camper. He got home last night pretty much sittin on cloud nine. This kid turned his life around. Got past drugs and more so a crappy attitude about everything and is now heading in a good direction.
His Mom went and protested the protestor's yesterday with my sister. Apparently there is a group out there calling themselves "god hates ****" or something like that and they show up to military funerals and actually protest with signs that just say aweful things and just are real ****s. So off goes Deb and my sister to protest the protestors and hold up signs that said thank you for your sacrifice and stuff like that. Well there was also about 100 other people there, a bunch of vietnam vets on Harley's, that were doing the same thing. The God hates **** group got scared and ran off. The family came out after the services and thanked everyone and Deb hugged the Mom and they cried together. It was a touching moment.
So now we have a Army boy and a Navy boy. Maybe I can get Reza into the AirForce? Yeah right!
Well Happy Sunday everyone and remeber to suport our troops! Oh and send there parents lots of sugar free baled goodies! Please email me privately for my home address! Hugs, Sparky
