I've missed you too My Sweet Friend How's e-bay going? How's Dan doing? I don't know if you guys are like this but winter can put me into a funk....everything seems harder. Been trying to stop smoking was doing really well then fell off the wagon...I need to find something else that replaces those damn smokes that are legal and healthy. Big Hugs to you and Dan Barb

i think Dan and I are suffering with S.A.D.S.. but then so is everyone in my damn office.. it's been horrific.. full moon too but TODAY.. we are doing good Get your ass back on the wagon.. we don't need you with no damn lung cancer.. and as I tell Dan.. you STINK. sorry but ciggs stink.. I know he likes to smell good. He spends money on cologne and nice bodywash.. but if you smoke it don't matter.. it still stinks NOW QUIT~spoken outta love~

I'm trying...I know they stink and I hate their guts so why do I do it ?

cuz they are physically addicting.. like vodkie try working a 12 step program.when you wanna smoke go to a meeting.. say the serenity prayer.. take a nice warm bath.. call a friend you may be helping them with their addiciton as they help you with yours. Come join us on the addictions board.. we'd love to have YOU it's just not for liquor you know.. Dan has also had luck with Chantix.. give 'em a try.

Uhm....Maybe some of us have to take baby steps. I can't quit smoking and drinking....thats asking for someone to get stricken in the head by an aluminum bat. AND- I think Chantix is making my husband insane. Literally. I would not suggest anyone I know to take it. Nor will I take it. Baby steps honey, baby steps.
