died
I was remembering Brad Renfro when you posted this. One of the celeb bloggers posted that his obituary stated he had a child. The family said he did and the child was living with his mother in Japan and that just a few weeks before, he had gotten to see his child.
We saw so much less coverage about him during the whole time than in one day of Heath's passing. And Brad was 3 yrs younger and had lost his path so much younger. It just seems like Hollywood is giving the young ones so much so quickly and they just can't adapt.
I also saw/heard that the NBA has a program to make their rookies aware of upcoming potential "problems" and guide them as much as possible in the direction away from the easy score (n pun intended) and the throngs of women who want them. I would like to hope that the managers of these young Hollywood "stars" would step up and help out, but I fear they may be giving them their first "taste".
I hate to say where are the parents on some of these because they're adults and have to take responsibility. But those like Britney that have been in show business since 8, well...I don't know. These things just are so sad and sometimes so obvious that their people turn a blind eye.
