Annie and back on trackers
Yesterday wasn't horrible, just didn't do my numbers. I added some grape nuts with my yogurt and thought the stats would go through the roof. Today; well, today is a wash for me. I had a need for some comfort food after I first awakened. Breakfast was the chicken stuff I've been having, then by 2:30 I had oatmeal and 1 piece of bread. Ok, I made cinnamon toast;2 pieces. I didn't eat the second piece until a few minutes ago, but had snacked on it while asleep. I'd wake up, stagger to bath, then back to bed and a quick large bite before nodding off. At this very moment, I'm boiling egg noodles to go with the Hormel pre-prepared beef tips. So, I've done poorly this weekend and I have one more free day off work.
See, my problem is when I am alone, I fight the food. Today, the food won. Monday is another day, though...

PS: Laptop ships by this Friday. Still in safe mode; very slow (from what I'm used to) and hard to get connected. It takes a ton of steps to get there. But this next week I should be enjoying my pink lap top.
It seems that all it takes is one carby item and thats all that I crave for the rest of the day...so I completely understand... But your right....tomorrow is a new day
Today I had:
Coffee w/ splenda and creamer
1 - bottle of water
1 - propel
5 - peach slices
1 - Cannoli
2 - string cheeses
2 - cookies
2 - tootsie rolls
and I am about to eat some taco meat on a bed of lettuce with cheese and hot sauce, as soon as Kevin gets home.
I didnt eat much, nor did I eat well....I was sick ALL DAY LONG.
