Back on trackers
Here are my numbers. IF I eat all I have listed, which so far has been a lot in the evening, but mostly veggies and the chicken. I have no clue what my weight loss is for these 5 days, but I can tell you my very uncomfortable waist in my jeans are now very comfortable. I'm thinking about 3/4 to 1 inch loss in waist. So, not too bad. But dayum, I want that Mexican food the office had and am salivating at the smell of rotel dip and chips, the homemade salsa, and the casseroles. If I suffer and not eat it, things will be worth it, right?????????

B - coffee w/ regular creamer and SPLENDA
S - 4 cookies (thin mints) (150 calories)
L - green salad with tuna on top and lemon instead of dressing

No exercise yet....The g-babies are here...so I guess running after Brianna is some kinda exercise.
No vitamins yet either...
You are soing so good my friend!!!!! I did not do as well....did do some more carbs but limited it and snacking...but tonight i had some chicken and beans AND some pretzels....overall it has been a good two weeks so far.....do have to for sure exercise....have slacked on exercise (well work has been kicking my a$$ and so tired) and not nearly enough water....we are suppose to get snow again tomorrow so likely i will be inside all weekend and am totally fine with that....going to do some organizing, cleaning up, catching up on tv, chores, football, catching up with friends on phone, sleeping in, and on and on and on....but so wish i was snuggling with natie poo (as i was typing this he called....awww.....man i love that man!!!!)
