Ok, my calories are going up a bit and so are the carbs. BUT, all of the carbs (except the lite 85 yogurt) are vegetable and protein powder carbs. So, I know I should, but I reallly don't count veggie carbs cuz I think of them as good carbs. This is what I will have by the time I've gone to bed tonight.

I crashed today.....burned too.....but was almost 2 weeks without carbs....the bad ones but was high stress.....gave in to temptation and tomorrow is a new day.....my plan for next week too is to start tracking.....
no exercise but one time this week too....how are you doing????

how are you doing today? My office had their luncheon for the month and they had mexican. damn it was hard not to eat. I have a guy from Guatamala that made this special stuff and wanted me to taste. I knew if I did, I'd be down for the count and eat EVERYTHING. They even have the cake with cream cheese icing. Step thee away SATAN!!!!!!
We'll do this, ok? Because weekends are my breaking point, I will probably force myself (somehow) to go to gym. After I do that, I don't feel like eating. It would be the perfect time for me to start.
