Wednesday back on trackers
Ok, this is what my food percentages are going to be when I eat this stuff tonight. This entire week, I have missed lunch. I've had protein drinks for breakfast, but work crap has smacked me between the eyes every day at lunch. So, I've got to have 2 or 3 mini meals at night to get this in. It's working because my slacks are getting looser. I know, weird after 3 days, but we know how it can happen sometimes. But, I'm going to have to start eating through out the day (but that was part of the problem to begin with). I just have to eat mini meals instead of grazing all day. Paint me black and white, call me a Holstein, and that's what you'd have; me a grazing all day.
So, what about you other back on trackers?????????

I am soooooooooo proud of you and I know it can happen in 3 days!!! You are working it sister.....I am not doing fitday but may start it....I am actually doing great too....had a little bit of a wheat tortilla today but otherwise I had chips and salsa in front of me today and i wanted them so bad and I just skipped past them....it is such a fricking mental game....and I brought a protein bar and ate that instead of a cookie or brownie....and no pop or starbucks today.....and got almost 60 ounces of water in.....again....total mental change of life game......but i want it to become a habit and easier everyday....so far it is going well.....gotta do more exercise too.....WE CAN DO THIS.....but I am exhausted right now and may go to bed love ya, Annie
Well, I didn't think to count yesterday.....but here is what I had....
breakfast: coffee
snack: 4 pieces of string cheese
lunch: 1 can of tuna with lemon juice on 5 Saltine crackers
snack: 1/2 roll of lifesavers candy
dinner: 6 oz. of lite yogurt
and I went to Physical therapy for my knee....so that was plenty exercise for me.
No vitamins
