Here is my fitday stuff. I feel like a stuffed whale, though the calories were less than 1k. The carbs were from vegetables and the 1 yogurt I had. So, not too bad. I drank about 60 ounces of water so far. Did not exercise. Came up with another stupid excuse, but it is just a way of not being accountable. You go girl! Don't you dare put yourself down because you didn't exercise, after all, you are making the effort to get back on track...lol which is more then I can say

You're sweet. But yeah, I'm downing myself on the exercise. It's going to be another night without exercise, but it cannot be helped. Oh well... Hey join Annie, Jeannie, and me (with probably a few closet back on trackers). I did not make a resolution, I just said I'm going to change. 50 pounds is my goal; I should get back into my 12's at that weight. When I was a 10 and 8 in jeans, I was sickly. That's about 25-30 more. Yeah, I've gained a bit; quite a bit. It's ok. Some due to medications, some due to doctor saying I was anorexic (bastid), and part because I ate tons of carbs and sweets. Sadly, I rarely ever dumped. So, it's just got to be me to take control and do what I know I can accompli**** just sux, though...
