And any others who are getting back into the losing swing of things, here are my numbers off of fitday for today. Obviously, the dinner and protein drink snack won't be until after I get off work and do 30 minutes of recumbant bike. I have a headache, so I may be needing some more calories.

OMG....you go girl...I have never done fitday but I like the output.....I did OK today....still no white starchy stuff (but had a little today ), got lots of water in and did a super circuit (similar to curves) for over 30 minutes....i got a little stressed at work today.....that gets me out of whack....but just got home (f-ing) long day.....ugh....did you get a new puter? I am just catching up on the board just now

I had a little change in the above stats. I knew I had been too radical too quickly, so I added a yogurt in there.
By the time I had driven past the gym (yes, I didn't stop because headache was too much...just another excuse, damn me) I had such a headache. I went to grocery store to get good food. Came home and George Foreman cooked chicken breast, green bell pepper, green onions, and button mushrooms. Put that on romaine leaves with some salsa and yummy. I still wasn't feeling well, so I ate one more of those an hour later and shoveled in a yogurt. So, here are my final stats and no exercise. Tomorrow WILL be the start of that part.

Calories, well that's why I ate actual food tonight. I was going to do straight liquid protein, but it didn't work out that way. Yep, the 133 is protein. Fitday does not line up well and when I changed it on the post, it went back to the original position.
Mom; long story and way way too much info. Almost out of her hair, though.
Computer...still working in safe mode. Bought a new laptop today and should be here by the 25th. A little known fact about me; I am definitely a pink girl. So, pink being one of my best colors to wear and most definitely one of my favorite colors, the girl ordered a pink notebook from Dell. Oh, and I bought a pink mouse, too. Have to work into that weird mouse on the puter itself; not sure if I'm capable of running my fingers over it. Anyway, pink puter! I'm excited. Getting this one "fixed" with Nerdz this week and giving it to Mom. It's older than hers, but this one is 5 times better. So, hopefully she can use it and enjoy it.

AND, see I knew we would get a long....I AM A TOTALLY pink girl too.....got a pink phone too.....I want the pc in pink though....Nate even wanted me to get a XBOX 360 controller in pink so I can play with him....I said NAH you are way too competitive on that joystick

Well, tummy things are better. Weird. I wonder if it was stress? I'm sort of back to where I was at the start of full food stage. It feels like food gets stuck, but it was the drinks **** water, coke zero) that would hurt the worst.
Do you think the "pink joystick" was an inuendo????? Mrs. Newlywed....
Slept like crap, too. I'm tired.
Day 2 food...1 scoop of protein powder at 110 calories. Almost 32 ounces of water. Lunch will be another scoop or two of protein powder. I WILL go to the gym today. I cannot deter myself because of physical or mental torment. After that, I'll eat 2 mini meals that will work out to 1 good sized chicken breast, bell pepper, green onion, and button mushrooms with romaine lettuce and salsa.
I did find out something last night that is pretty good. There are days that salads (just lettuce) are just not crunchy enough. So, I mixed it half and half with cole slaw mix (cabbage and carrots) with iceburg salad. I have some of that spray salad dressing and put the Asian dressing on it. MAN, now that was good!
I'm done.
