Going back to the BASIC'S
HELLO FRIENDS,
I'm going back to the BASIC'S of things. I'm going all the way back to when I first came home from the HOSPITAL. I'm wanting to lose this last 15 pounds . So I'm drinking my protien and uping my water. I will check back daily and let you know how it is going.
8 oz- 27 grams of protien
16 oz- water

Well, just join on in with Nannie and me! I started basics today. So far, 2 protein drinks and some water. I know, that sux; not enough water. I'm going to down it this afternoon. Going to gym for first time in MONTHS. I think I need it now more than ever; not just for exercise but for frustration. Since I'm not gettin' any like 2/3 of the board, I gotta work out my tension somehow.

I want to let you know what I had today.
16 oz liquid protien - orange
16 oz SF grape kool-aide
8 oz water
24 oz coffee
6 small strips of celery w/ peanut-butter
2 slices of cheese
1/3 chicken breast
Just getting all of this in is really hard because I'm still not hungery. I think that most of my problems are. Is my Honey has a normal tummy and I have to cook dinner for hom each night .

WOOOO HOOOO....Liz and I would be glad to have you join us in the quest....I wish I had only 15 pounds to lose though But I am not going to liquids yet....I am trying to cut out crap to get some normalcy....I may throw in three days of liquids in a few weeks.....but I have very high stress going on at work as I am working on a big project and need to make sure I can mentally focus on liquids...so my focus is upping water, no white starchy crap, no more snacks, limiting starbucks and upping exercise...i am adding more stuff each week....so far going great!!!!
Congrats and we can do this together....GUARANTEED!

Girl, we don't have little groups here. We're all one big group! Some of us bigger, though... Seriously, we're all here to support each other, rant if needed, cry with others, and be there when/if someone falls. So, you just chime in and fergit a group thing. Although, I'm sure some of the fellas wouldn't mind watching a group thing.
