Get the Sneaky Chef cook book, I got it for my picky eater child, he now eats Cauliflower, broccoli, 3-4 kinds of beans, spinack, carrot, and all kinds of vegetables. It worked well for me too as I hate vegetables but I cant taste them either, to rhondas recipe add the orange mix and the white mix

They are vegatable paste mixes that you premix and freeze, they are from the cookbook, white is a combo of Cooked navy beans, Cooked cauliflower, garbanzo beans, and white green beans mixed with a dash of waterand a dash of lemon juice, the orange is cooked carrots , cooked sweet potatoes with water and lemon juice. you sneak these into recipes and your kids wont know the differance (or the grownups if they dont think about it) even my chocolate chip cookies have blueberries and spinach inthem and you cant tell the differance. I come from a big cooking background so it is just some new twists on what I used to do. I have a cookie recipe I call breakfast cookies that you can eat which is a twist of oatmeal and peanut butter, that has more protein in them then a steak.
