That would be awesome.....there are several people who have mentioned it but we did not start mentioning everyday accountabilities yet.....I started last week because I just had to....I was totally getting out of control with my snacking and the snacking was crappy carb stuff (aka chips, crackers, popcorn and pretzels)....so liz was on vacation this last week and we talked about starting accountability posts about our goals for each of our programs and exercise. Likely if I don't hear back from her I will start it next week.....I have had a great week so far and even had a dream last night that I was at a restaurant struggling between a burger and fries and chicken breast. I gave into the chicken breast.....so hard but I have to get back into control.....after the wedding I have gained over 15 pounds .....this week has been great but need to keep up the momentum....
BTW, SO GLAD YOU POSTED....we have missed you....was thinking of you and Kat and then Rhondie did that post....how awesome....I just checked out your website.....wooooo hooo.....the day is not far.....I remember last year at this time I was doing the same thing.....if you need any advice let us know....Liz and Mike, Jay and Mel and Nate and I are all newlyweds and can offer up some advice

I'm here, but on limited power. Came back to f'd up computer. Taking it to a computer geek squad tomorrow, but buying a laptop.
Didn't get to see Mandy. Mom got sick and well, we just couldn't work out logistics. Did get to talk to her and she is SOOOOOOO sweet! Maybe next time I'll rent a car.
Tomorrow, 1-14 is "D Day". I'm eating the last of the crap in the house. I'm starting nothing but liquid protein for two or three days and then throwing in some smushy meat once a day. Vitamins out the wazoo. Tomorrow night will be first night of gym, again. I walked forever last week, so I may do a slow to medium treadmill or do the recumbant bike. Either way, it will be something. I signed up on our City's website for losing weight. I think I'm good to go. 15 pounds by the end of February; that's the first goal of the 50 I want to lose. I think I can do that. I will be TRUTHFUL on my daily or weekly posts. Until I get new lap top, posts may be brief and at work or weekly. I figure if I order the puter tomorrow it should be delievered by Friday or next Monday. So, right now I'm working in "safe mode" which scares me.
Anyway, I'm in. How'd you do last week?
As an aside, just want to say to everyone; if you live with someone, please have a co-habitational agreement in place. The ex BF of mom has created a situation to where I have developed probaby an ulcer. I feel like Debby did before her surgery. Long story short, we were civil, he was civil, but as soon as I left to go buy a pad lock, his brother stormed onto mom's property and called her a "lying hog ***** mother f'n c". 5 minutes after I left. Like that wasn't planned. And he did it within 3 inches of her face. Guess she wasn't too hoggish if he could get that close. I'm beginning to have very ill feelings for these people. Tomorrow will probably be a restraining order day as suggested by law enforcement. I don't come from white trash; can't figure out why she hooked up with it. I had to leave her and I'm on pins and needles waiting for something horrible to happen. Oh, and they "hired" movers with a 27 k pound truck and it couldn't get into the drive way for the height of the truck and the trees. Dumb asses...
