I did it......
I know that I have been eating bad this past month and not working out as much as I should....I have stayed away from the scale this past month.....I got on today .....not as bad as I thought but I did gain a couple of lbs......So starting right now I am getting back on track......
*Doing the southbeach diet
*working out 4-5 times a week
*Do self talk geared towards my goal
