I know that I have been eating bad this past month and not working out as much as I should....I have stayed away from the scale this past month.....I got on today .....not as bad as I thought but I did gain a couple of lbs......So starting right now I am getting back on track...... *Doing the southbeach diet *working out 4-5 times a week *Do self talk geared towards my goal Who wants to join in.....I know a couple of you are doing things to get back on track....post your plan and we can do weekly updates.....

Dawn is the expert on that workout but I think so....you just have to do it a lot and sometimes it is hard to find the the right pillow....
