I'm tired

Not the physical tired, but the mental tired. In the last two days, I have reviewed 80+ year end evaluations. Proof reading sux when there are more than 3 pages. Each of these are 5 pages each. I send my "found errors" stuff and then say good job when I really wanna kick a couple a folk in the hind end for not catching these little errors. Oh well...I should sleep well tonight. If any of you saw "The Devil wears Prada, well, I am not like her. Really, I'm only about 1/3 of her. But there is a quote from that movie where the 1st assistant says over and over "I love my job, I love my job". Today is that day. It's makin' me a bit right now. Well, I mean more than normally. Just 3 more hours...

omg....i totally do not miss those days....i have been in an individual contributor role for 2.5 years and have enjoyed it....do miss the coaching at times and growth of other people but like being responsible for me too....hope you got through it all....you deserve some time off!
