I am a little frustrated cause I'm up a few lbs cause I ate too much & moved too little. and the holidays....well, lets just say I have a hard time wtih them. I was wondering how everyone else fared. remain the same? down some? up a smidge? up a lot? my plan of reaction begins now. I know how to do it, now I just need to actually DO it. anyone else recommitting their recommitting to recommitting?

i'm in the same jeans I was pre-holiday but I have washed them since pre-holiday .. i have no idea.. i haven't gotten on the scale in awhile.. I feel about the same.. maybe even a pound lighter since Maria's aunt is visiting.. the ONLY reason I like her at all..

I am so with you!!!! I actually have gained about 12 pounds in the last 4 months and am eating out of control......so not in control.....I am being honest though and will not start until I get back to ATL.....I started working out in December again but need to up it major! Am thinking of seriously asking several people who I know are in my same boat about doing an online version of Biggest Loser....I totally need the accountability and contests work for me.....January is going to be VERY busy for me at work and likely I will not get to see Nate and that makes it harder....so I need to work my arse off.....I know I can do it....just have to mentally get ready for it......

*I need to not drink beer. (have lately during the holidays) *lower the carbs (just too damn many) *exercise more (makes me feel more confident too) *just eat less...good grief, sometimes I act like I have no tool. *not use food when feeling lonely (again...worse during holidays...cant wait till they are over) also a little nervous cause I get a new shift starting in Jan. have to figure out when going to work in the exercise. oh & of course the water. and increase my shrink appts. talking to her really helps me keep things in check. I am soooo pro therapy.

hit and miss I have found that I shop better for men than women.. I buy what I like.. and it has worked pretty good so far. Men (and their wives) like Brooks Brothers suit shirts.. non-ironed. I can sometimes find for $3 - $4 (like new) and resell for over $20. Also I've found that some men love Irish wool sweaters.. Irish is best for wool/cashmere. I just try to buy "like new" stuff. I have found designer names too.. like Prada.. Kate Spade.. Michael Kor.. Hugo Boss.. Cole Haan.. Burberry (but I paid too much for it).. Juicy Couture jeans.. I love Italy clothes and shoes.. they go pretty good too. Dan discovered and now I do it too.. that business men love a good buy on suits.. like new.. brand names. we do good selling Hart Schaffer and Marx suits.. but have done others too. Can find them as low as $5 and resell $30 or so. Just start searching EBay.. to see what's selling.. I'm learning all the time.. Like I learned about Bobby Jones and J. Lindeberg.. You will be amazed at what something retails for and the Ebay cost is SO CHEAP.. If I can find the item thru google at the official site.. I will direct them there to see how much it retails for. I still have a **** load that doesn't go.. but have relisted and it does.. at first I took it personally Don't.. I have a pair of Cole Haan shoes up now.. that has 16 watchers.. and no bids yet my starting bid is $9.99.. the chickens.. but can't wait to see what they sell for. I probably paid $2-$3 dollars for them at St Vincent De Paul.. Dan sold a pair of Skechers that I made fun of.. I thought 80's but they went for over $30.. he made out pretty good on them. So now I'm buying some.. You will do wonderful.. it's fun. and now I can't wait for YARD SALES I use to pass the clothes ones up.. but no more!!

VERY good advice....are you tracking your sales and how much you have spent versus made regarding your profit? i have so much to sell around the house it would be making money for me (since i spent so damn much on everything over the years already...lol)
