I hate food days at work!!
All I get is a belly ache....and weight gain. I have been going to the gym on my lunch break for the past two weeks...and it's working I lost 6lbs, but yesterday and today were just one of those days that I am eating EVERYTHING....one thing that still is my worst nightmare is when people bring food in and leave it sitting all day....it just plays with my mind. I can't escape it and find myself digging after a while. I also have this feeling that I am missing out on something if I don't eat it. SO...here I am...full, getting ready in an hour to punish myself for this and work out hard.
