Good Morning Everyone.... How was your weekend? How's the weather?? Me.... Quiet weekend. I actually felt up to doing some cleaning....Yay!! Put up the exterior Christmas Lights...Wooo-hooo Weather was rainy over the weekend, but is supposed to be in the low 70's this whole week.... NICE. Although that still makes me freezing. We had a good weekend. We are almost done house flipping. I am sick of painting! Deb and I are faking sickly today and are gonna finish up painting. It's suposed to be psoitively balmy here at an opressive 60 degrees! Happy Monday! Sparky

Are you guys doing a real 'flip' or are you just upgrading your own house.....? Mighty brave to do a real 'flip' in this market.... Painting sucks.... I hate it.

I guess if you want to get technical My SIL's neighbor died and left her the house. Its paid off, but under some serious dis-repair and a roach infestation.. infestation is done.. thanks to professionals and cold weather.. We are cleaning painting new carpets new kitchen floor etc then putting it on the market.. it will sell fast because we are not asking 1 mill for it ... LOL Anyway he's over there now I am taking care of some monday paperwork, sending in my reports, approving timecards etc then going to assist him with painting.. UGH Kisses sweetie

Marie's aunt just left here......so I wouldn't be surprised if she showed up there.... She's annoying!! I saw your vase is finally going.....LOL.....I was getting nervous!! Hey, I have an Ebay question for you.... I bid on something about 3 days ago.....got the email that I did NOT win it..... and then today, I got an Invoice from the seller saying I am the high bidder..... WTH?? I visited the auction and it NOW says that I am the high bidder..... Hmmm..... I was thinking that maybe the original high bidder backed out or something..... but then doesn't the seller have to give me some kind of a "second chance offer"? And I have a choice if I want to accept or not. I am confused. I don't want to pay for it if I am not really the winner. What if I bid on a different auction within this 3 days and I didn't need it anymore??? Sheeeesh.... LOL.

I agree with all you said.. not sure why/how it shows you are the winner now. I know I've not won an item.. and was offered a second chance. Do you still have the message saying you did NOT WIN.. if yes, maybe send that to the seller and ask. Or if you want it, just take it.. but I would do everything thru EBAY and not thru email (as they recommend). I'm not too worried on the vase.. I have 10 watchers looking at it. I like being able to tell (as a seller) how many people watch an item. That happened last time.. one person bid and then the last day.. (few hours before it ends) they start bidding on it. I think they wait to the end as not to drive it up.. the person who bought my last one said that they would be bidding on this one too I told them I found it at a second hand store and didn't want to tell them how much I paid for it, cuz I didn't want them mad at me..
