As I told you guys before, I strayed off to another board.....to get advice for Kevin....cause he is having issues with his band...... Well..... Look at this post..... They REALLY don't like me over there...... Oh yea.....they have multiple pages over there....so make sure you read through all the pages of that post.... Interesting reading for sure. One person even says..... I am getting surgery this week and I don't want to hear anything negative, so stop posting bad stuff and only post if your going to be supportive.... (or something along those lines) I wanted to hear the bad and the good before I had surgery......to be informed.

Oh, and for the record, I think you should stay out of kevin's business and let him go to the forum himself and get the support HE needs! I KID, I KID You did fine and never did you lose your classiness. I agree with what you said and guess what, I HAVE A BAND. Its a reality, plain and simple and at no point did I think you were bashing the band...seems like you were wanting some answers. Also, go to the revision board, they have some great discussion about the band..STRAIGHT UP talk too..no BS

Yay!! It will be nice to know if something is REALLY wrong, or if he just needs to act right....LOL Then I can kick his AZZ!! Hahahahah

Gosh, what a mean azz b you are... And here I thought you were such a sweet lady and non bashing. j/k. Folks gotta learn to listen to the good AND the bad. If people are unwilling to listen to possible bad outcomes, how can they be completely informed of their surgeries? I knew I might not dump; rarely do. I knew I might gain weight; I have. I knew that I might die during or after surgery; I didn't, but I was willing to take the chance. Fear is in all of us at or around the time we go to the OR. but most of us go in with an informed fear. Not a "gosh, I wish I had researched more" fear. Lapband, gastric bypass, duodenal switch all have problems during or after surgeries. As for me, I will have life long problems with my RNY; I knew it could happen, wished it wouldn't, but thought I was saving my life. My lab work is much better as a fat person than it was as a size 8. So, here I am and I've learned to love me; skinny or fat. Sorry, got off track. Yeah, do what Dawn says...stay outa Kev's bidness.
