Plumbing Question....

Of course....our home warranty ran out 1 week and 2 days ago.....and something else breaks!!!! I need help... I have a toilet that is 'running' too much..... Maybe every 15-20 seconds or so.....it clicks on and the water runs for about 3 seconds. It does it all day and all night long.... Does anyone know if there is a quick fix for this.....or can anyone tell me something to try to fix it.... I am pretty handy....but wouldn't want to start taking plumbing pipes apart..... I am trying to avoid calling a plumber at the low, low cost of $80.00 an hour. Thanks, Jen

Wow....that was FAST!!! Hmmmm....A RT ticket from Georgia......low, low cost of $450.00....... OK.....DONE. Can you also fix the roof tiles that were damaged in the storm.......hang the 11 ceiling fans in the closet.....spread the landscape rocks in the backyard.....lay the in-ground drip system for the back yard landscaping.....Do the annual tune-up on the pool.....and organize the garage? If so, that would be a SMOKIN deal. Off to look at the flapper....

Yep... depending on the tiles it is kinda hard to make them look the same though... they just don't sell pre-weathered tiles "hang the 11 ceiling fans in the closet....." No, we purchased all 11 ceiling and placed the unopened boxes in the closet..... They need to be assembled and put up in the living room, family room, bedrooms, back patio....etc.....
