I saw a dancing Alien!

Okay the Alien is actually my baby...my neighbor told me that when she was pregnant she felt like her body had been invaded and since I have been sick and having extreme cravings for meat the image has stuck... I had my first doctors appointment for the baby yesterday and the doctor did an ultrasound ...I didn't get any pictures because the picture printer on the machine he was using was broken Anyway I am just over 10 weeks along and all looks healthy...when the doc tried to point out the heartbeat the baby started wiggling and dancing it was amazing but it kept us from really seeing the heartbeat...lol

that's AWESOME Lisa.. you must be getting excited.. in a nervous kinda way. Or at least I would be.. You will do wonderful tho.. just don't read the horror stories about teenagers yet.. keep us posted.. and when is your due date

My due date is May 28th but my doctor likes to do his c-sections a week before the due date.

A spring baby! Congratulations. I had a section with Mallory and will with this baby as well.. but I didnt know ahead of time that it was going to be that way.

tell the doctor that AUNT RHONDA'S birthday is the 22ND

As long as I live I don't there will be anything quite like the first time I saw the baby move.

omg...how exciting....dangit on the stupid printer paper though....NOT FAIR....i h ope you feel better too.....but i am incredibly excited for you!!!! WOOOO HOOOO

I am holding out hope that I will quit being sick after my 16th week, that's how it was for my cousin...so thats only five and half weeks away...lol All I could think watching the ultrasound was how I wish my dad could have come with us to see because he would think it was cool. I have to have a more extensive ultrasound when I hit 20 weeks because of the fibroids and he will be coming with us to see it.
