Does anyone have a good recommendation for chewable multi-vitamins? The only adult vitamins I have found are rediculously expensive Centrum.

The first vitamins I was told to take were the chewable Flintstone's. It was 1. embarassing to buy, 2. tasted like crap. The generic ones were even worse. If you can take your vitamins and cut them in half or dissolve them in water, first, then drink them it would be better. Centrum also has a liquid vitamin, but it sux duck butts.

I just tried a sample of the Building blocks chewables. They were very good. This is the link if you want to check them out... http://www.bbvitamins.com
