Accountability Post
Last week we started a weekly post on accountabilities for the week.....so we will go for it again this week...
First of all, how did you all do? Here were mine
- Workout three times this week (to help me get started) DID NOT START
- Cut down to low carb amounts of white starches and increase protein and veggies DID PRETTY GOOD HERE UNTIL THE WEEKEND
- Clean closets (by end of week) in bedroom (including getting unpacked from trips) I DID NOT GET FINISHED BUT DID COMPLETE THE GARAGE TOO
- Send family care packages COMPLETED BUT STILL HAVE MORE TO SEND
- Order and start sending Thank You notes from wedding I ORDERED THEM AND NOW HAVE TO WRITE AND SEND
Therefore, I would give me a C. This week, my goals are pretty much the same as continuing....
- Exercise at least twice this week (will be tough since I am traveling but I will work on it over the weekend)
- Clean closets and trip unpacking completely done
- Send more care packages
- Write 50 Thank You's
- Work on just eating protein and veggies
- Order Thanksgiving plane ticket
