Martinas in labor, still...

Since about 4:00 p.m. yesterday. She was on patosson (?) all night, which was supposed to induce contractions, but nothing really happened. The good news is that both momma and baby are just fine. Daddy is holding up pretty good also. This morning they were gonna start at square one and put some sort of med behind her cervix and leave it there for 12 hours to help thin out the uteran wall (?) then start all over again with the patosson. That would've put baby chooches eta sometime Friday. Then this morning they discovered that even though she's not having contractions, she is dialating, so the Dr. scraped her membrane and is planning on breaking her water later today. So maybe we'll see or little bundle tonight ? Well, I'm gonna head back up to the room to do a little back scratchin' to help my Cita relax. BTW Beckie, that is awesome news !!!! It put a smile on this ol'face.

Awww.. you guys are in my thoughts. Pitocin worked for me.. it brought my contractions on pretty hard, pretty fast. Make sure they give her the epidural when she wants it.. it gets pretty tough after a while. I am guessing the little one will arrive at 12:41 pm...7 pounds 6 ounces??
