A lovely ER visit yesterday made me make 2 or the 3 dr's appointments I needed to make. I have an appointment with my gastro dr tomorrow, I told them I need and upper and lower gi done, ER thinks I have colitis. Here, I thought I just had the ****s and horrible stomach pains....i don't even know if it's my stomach that hurts. Meanwhile I thought only birds got bacteria infections in their innards. Whatever's going on....i'm down 14 pounds in a month n'a half. Could be no alcohol, but now I'm noid, it's something else. So Jeffy, prime time meeting time tomorrow at the center for digestive health and nutrition....up in moon. I won't be drinking coffee, but will say hi. Mike and I are takin a half day, last time I was there, they knocked me out...not completely, just enough to drool on myself. Wish me luck on my trip to the gastro doc tomorrow!

You are wished much luck as always Steeler Princess.. Number one son Dakota is headed for the gastro a week from today. He has been having stomach issues for the past 6-8 months and they are scoping him next week.

Yikes....what's wrong with D? Scopings cool....it's the lower part I find absolutely repulsive due to the amounts of that **** juice you have to drink. I wish Dakota much luck....

Thanks...we aren't real sure and neither is dr gastro thus the reason for the scope. Hopefully between that, the blood work and his poop culture we'll get to the bottom of it. be sure and let us know how you make out with your tests. I know it sucks to feel like sh*t but losing 14 pounds makes it bit easier to take.

thanks for the update Lizzie.. I hope that they find the source of your problem and get it fixed I'm glad you are finally having it checked.. I never thought of colitis before.. my cousin is going soon to have a colostomy reversed.. she had *I think* a very bad case of colitis and her colon had holes in it. She is now healed enough to where they are going to reverse it, she's happy but skeered ****less *pun intended*

No can do...work, but good luck..they are gonna give u the twilight anastetia...u are concious, but not aware...(just make sure they clean the tube first...its the same one they use for colonoscopys...lol) Good Luck Jeff
