I persoanlly love Verse 2.. my interpretation after being in AA some.. don't be self absorbed.. self centered. Let go, let GOD.. When you focus on giving to others.. you shouldn't have time to worry about yourself. You get out of your own head.. especially of things you have no control over.. You don't need a "boyfriend/girlfriend" to share love with someone.. everyone.. after all love makes the world go 'round I wonder if Carrie is a friend of Bill's Love the lyrics.. Very lovely song - Carrie has not sung anything I didn't like. She really is an American Idol and one others could certainly afford to aspire to. Rhonda, Sistah, you got it right also. My favorite short quip is one that says: "The love in your heart wasn't put there to stay. Love isn't love 'til you give it away". I don't know who wrote that, but it is certainly the truth.

i think verse one is were i gets me the last two line especially i have been there all to often and i find my self struggling there a lot but i am getting better now and finding my head above water more how important it is to realize so much is so small compared to love
