I saw a "Infectious Disease" specialist today and he narrowed it down to either a bacterial infection or a hereditary disease called "familial mediterranean fever", but right now he is banking on the bacterial infection and has prescribed huge doses of antibiotics. I know I could post more, but between work, doctors and other stuff I'm just overloaded right now.

olay hun.. I guess you have a doctors excuse.. get plenty of rest and I hope you are feeling better real soon
