UUUGGGGHHHH
Ahh the early months.. this will pass.. Remember, I told you by week 12-13, it will all mysteriously go away as fast as it came on.
Take the naps while you can.
eat whatever doesnt make you want to barf (for me, it was mashed potatos)
Smells.. well, you cant do anything about that.. one time, Jonathan had just eaten a chocolate and had swallowed it.. I walked by him and I smelled it.. I spun around like the exorcist and said "YOU HAVE CHOCOLATE!! I WANT SOME!". He looked at me like I was nuts and said.. "how did you do that??" lol
Drink plenty of water and take your vitamins..
but mostly, if you are tired, lay down.. there were many many nights I went to bed shortly after dinner and slept through the night. Your body is busy creating a human.. it is going to give you some problems ...
Hang in there
Beckie
How many weeks are you?
not that I'm trying to get rid of you.. but you may want to check out the Pregnancy Board on OH too.. just that they may have some great advice and all too. So if you do go and check 'em out.. you have to post here and there
and I'm not pregnant but understand the smell thing.. I use to love garlic.. but after WLS .. I can't stand the smell hardly
Hi Lisa...
I had one pregnancy that I felt sick CONSTANTLY....
2 things that REALLY worked for me.... Saltine crackers....and peppermint hard candies. I always had a stash of them in my purse. ALWAYS. Didn't leave the house without them. But just like Beckie said, it will pass in the 2nd trimester.
Best wishes,
Jen
