so far 3 slices of turkey bacon 1 egg 2 slices of cheese some sunflower seeds and now.. 1 tilapia fish indivdual cooking bag of brussel sprouts oh yeah.. and I had a pretzel earlier oh well.. my clothes were fitting *snug* again. Monday.. I need to be accountable to someone you're it..

lol i havent eatin at all today i probably should considering i have the diabetes but oh well i am to tired to eat and to cold some one come snuggle with me and make me warm....lol i am losing my toes i just feel it....lol i hope ur having a good day and maybe having a luahg at my expensense love you rhonda

Ummmm.....let's see... I had Dannon Light N Fit Blackberry yogurt with granola in it for breakfast. Then Skyline 3-way for lunch. and snack. and snack. and snack. (takes me a while to eat one......is that called grazing???) Now I'm working on water, water, water.

B: protein drink (15) L: 1/3 Ish) can tuna (11ish) 1 piece light string cheese. (6) lunch sucked. dinner........ummmmmm.........maybe chicken. prob chicken. I've had virtually no water. gotta push that.

Um, I don't see anybody doing the 4 to 5 tiny meal thingy - but here goes mine: 1 - one packet oatmeal 2 - protein shake [35 grams] 3 - pork ribs, 3 tbs rice, vitaburst drink [20 ounces] 4 - Six asian scallops, fresh yellow snap string beans
