what i ate.. so far..
protein shake for breakfast @ 6:00am
3 sausage links for second breakfast @ 9:00am
just finished a small cesar salad, and a small cup of chili w/ cheese
(and shh...one of those bite sized twix bars on my bosses desk)
but still so far pretty good...so far 144 ounces of water, one 20 ounce caffeine free diet pepsi, 12 ounces of super skim milk for my protein shake, and now my 16 ounce s/f rockstar.
i've been in the mens room a lot.
Almost a bowl of the protein plus Special K
1/2 cup 2% milk in the cereal (didn't fini**** though)
24 ounces of decaf iced tea w/splenda
Popcorn with light butter (way too much of it unfortunately)
Hickory smoked beef brisquet (sp?) - pulling the meat off the bread
Working on a can of diet pepsi and have another splenda iced tea ready to go.
