how do we create a suppor page for someone else

not sure what you are wanting.. if it's the surgery support page.. it can be found in each members profile here... go into their profile.. and find surgery support page.. click on it.. and then copy the address page.. and paste it in a post if you want to direct others to it.. .. i hope this is what you wanted..
