LOL - Good question. When we lived in Michigan -- We always went to this apple farm place. Made fresh cider and home made donuts! I think, it's up near fenton/hartland? Good times. I want a krispy kreme.

Jelly doughnuts.....love that little squirt. At the cidermill though fresh fried cakes are awesome with cider. D and I usually go apple picking every year but the last couple he hasn't wanted to. Last year Jay and I went but the place wasn't so great so maybe we'll try a new place this year.

HONEYCRISPS ROCK!!! We actually were talking about a weekend in Saugatuck while we were honeymooning. We were contemplating and then we weren't sure because we were going to go to Chicago overnight to see The Hives. But nowThe Hives show has sold out. ((WAHHHH))) and now we aren't going. BUT... we also came home to a few household calamities that need to be addressed. An electrical issue with fuses that keep blowing, a dishwasher that has a leak and a washing machine that sounds as if train is running through the house when it's running. So I'm not sure where that leaves us. I think we both wish we were still honeymooning. Anyhow Jay hubby-bubbe is trying to see if he can fix the electrical issue and we looked at ABC warehouse website to check out possible washers and dishwashers. My cousin works there so we get a good deal. I'm going to check on prices so we can maybe figure some stuff this weekend and see what's what.

remember: the customer is responsible for anything beyond the drip loop to the home. I'm hoping to get new carpet for my bedroom this weekend. my mom "bought" it for me for my birthday. (my birthday was april ) so hopefully we will get it this weekend. but got offered some OT for tomorrow, so have to take it. some stuff I'd like to get squared away, ya know? bills just lurking out there
