I've done that before....more than once....people threaten me on the phone whether a customer or account. You start screaming and swearing at me, I will do the same, and my boss always has my back. So when I drop accounts or a customer calls me complaining..... 1) Why are you yelling at me, I didn't personally do it......which tends to get them madder. 2) It's only product or money....not your legs or eyes. Chill the f out or you won't get either back. I fall to those 2 reasonings only after I have attempted all other resources.

well that would be stretching the term "customer service". But ya just gotta remember you a brighter than they are and seriously mess with them. My favorite come back has always been "Sir/Maam you can either keep screaming at me and get absolutely nothing accomplished or you can act like a civilized human being and help me resolve this". Funny how often they actually stop and realize what turds they are being. You should have to deal with a pissed off vietnam vet suffering from PTSD and they want to pinch someones head off by the time they actually reach a real person on the marvelouse phone system the VA has! It really gets exciting.
