I've been friends with this group for about 10 years. It's with these guys that I first discovered 'Hot Tub Therapy'. This is me with Dr. Tom, my surgeon, at my 2 week post-op visit. I like to look at this picture to see just how far I've come in such a short time. On days when I feel like I'm never going to make it to goal....I look at this picture and realize how much different I am since that picture. Not just physically....but emotionally and mentally.
