Crazy OKies!!!

Holy cow. I heard on the radio that a fan of the mighty University of Texas Longhors was attacked by a rabid, lowlife Sooner fan. Ask Liz, I heard it made the local news. Beyond horror!!!

uh oh Its that time of year again?

Well, now, the story differs somewhat on this side of the river... Seriously though, this DID happen. Always living in Oklahoma, I can say football is like another religion. Sad, but true. Die hard OU fans will not even route for Oklahoma State Univ. when they are NOT playing the Sooners. Sad... But yes, some Sooners freak did attack a UT dude for wearing his horns shirt in Oklahoma. We were trying to hide it under the rug and ol' Texas man HAD to bring it up. At least WE told NCAA about our violations before they caught us. So, OU has no chance in Haidies for winning anything but the admiration of a coach who willingly drops players and suspends them for not doing "right" and not making their grades. Can UT say that? Stick with being engaged horn boy.

I don't believe UT has been put on probation for violations. We don't need to pay them to attend our school.

I thought UT had to suspend one of their running backs for alumni funding. Maybe that was North Texas U. You know what is worse than the t-shirt fiasco? The OU guy who started the thing was in his 50's. The Longhorn guy was in his 20's. Oklahoma takes its college football WAY too seriously. I knew we did, but until I moved closer to Norman from Tulsa, the worse it got. Right now, my office folks have already started their OU pools. I just do not understand how life and death this stuff can be to people, but heaven forbid I say one thing negative about OU. I have death stares at me...and I'm their big dog boss! Dang. So, when's the wedding?
