who's still in this... what's the stats.. my PC.. is just a diet within THE DIET.. today weighed in at 163 YEAHHH for ME... I sooo can't wait to get into the 150's we have a week left for the DDD, don't we..?? doesn't it end 9-01-07

me....I'm still in. today was 144.4 same as I started, what like a month ago? can we extend the date? or not so much

I'm easy.. you and Tina extended the Date Challenge.. did that ever end.. or you two still going at it... and I wouldn't complain about staying at 144.. better than GAINING so you maintained very well..

better than gaining. sure. yeppers. I need to step it up. I wish I could afford a gym membership....or have s*x.

Since you can not make a gym menbeship.get a few tapes and do a different one everytime you want to exercise

I have every tape imaginable. (sp) now I just need to do them. I'd rather go outside & hike or something though. I hate those tapes. hi bob

Hi Gang....I've been extremely busy this week with work and getting ready for a race this weekend. I will say that I have not had one drop of diet soda or fast foods in over a week now. I havent been on the scale, but the pants feel a tad looser and I feel better overall. Ok my friends, I am of to the races and hope to come home with a trophy and some money!
