I know most of you are probably half way through your day already. So good luck with the rest of it.
I've made through three days. Haven't been perfect but I've been soo much better than normal.
Had some ground beef and veggies with cream of mushroom soup. Boy did that taste great. The pouch is working well as I could only eat a few bites. I forgot how unsatisfying that was,

I'm doing really good too.. I'm not perfect.. but damn near.. I think
earlier around lunch time.. I went to the fridge here at work to get a lite yogurt.. looked and saw the carbs are like 18ish.. and said.. nooooo.. I should make my chicken salad and did. Otherwise I would of ate the yogurt and chicken salad..
and just now.. I thought .. ummm yogurt.. so went to the fridge.. and grabbed a protein AdvantEdge drink with only 2 carbs instead..
soooo hanging in here.. I get the head hunger still.. filled up pretty good but still think of those bad foods.. but don't wanna be bad so I adjust.
Last nite.. I did eat a handful of unsalted roasted nuts.. and about 5 grapes.. while I waited *gag.. just took a drink of my protein drink* ... while I waited for Dan's and my tilapia fish to get done baking.. we had 1 and half serving each.. with a little hot pepper cheese melted on top of it. It was good..
breakfast... 2 slices of turkey bacon.. a little cheese and 1 egg
lunch *2 of em*.. chicken salad.. lite on the lite mayo
snack.. my protein drink now
supper.. figure it out later.. we have AA/Alanon at 7..
